Durușa Summer Hills e un festival mic. Nu vindem date, nu le dăm nimănui pe bani și nu construim profiluri despre tine dincolo de ce scrie aici.

Nimic din ce e opțional nu pornește până nu apeși tu. Până alegi, singurele lucruri care se încarcă sunt cele fără de care pagina nu se randează cum trebuie.

Cine colectează datele

Operatorul datelor este Organizatorul festivalului Durușa Summer Hills. Pentru orice întrebare legată de datele tale, scrie la salutdurusa@gmail.com — răspundem în cel mult 30 de zile, cum cere legea.

Ce colectăm și de ce

  • Statistici de trafic (opțional, cu acordul tău). Google Analytics 4 ne arată câți oameni intră pe site, de pe ce fel de dispozitiv și ce pagini citesc. Ne interesează cifrele agregate, nu persoanele. Temeiul legal: consimțământul tău.
  • Marketing (opțional, cu acordul tău). Meta Pixel ne ajută să arătăm anunțurile festivalului oamenilor cărora chiar le-ar plăcea și să vedem dacă o reclamă a dus la un click pe bilete. Temeiul legal: consimțământul tău.
  • Newsletter (doar dacă îl completezi). Îți luăm adresa de email ca să-ți trimitem anunțuri despre festival. Temeiul legal: consimțământul tău. Te poți dezabona din orice email primit.
  • Emailuri către noi. Dacă ne scrii, păstrăm mesajul cât e nevoie ca să-ți răspundem și să ținem evidența discuției. Temeiul legal: interesul nostru legitim de a răspunde.
  • Loguri de server. Serverul care găzduiește site-ul înregistrează automat adrese IP și cereri, ca orice server web, pentru securitate și depanare. Temeiul legal: interesul legitim.

Nu cerem și nu stocăm pe acest site date de plată. Biletele se cumpără pe platformele partenerilor, sub politicile lor.

Cookie-uri și stocare locală

  • dsh-consent — stocare locală în browser, pusă de noi. Ține minte ce ai ales în bannerul de cookie-uri, ca să nu te întrebăm la fiecare pagină. Rămâne până îți golești datele de navigare. Fără ea nu putem respecta alegerea ta, deci nu e opțională.
  • _ga și _ga_3QJW03TSYG — Google Analytics. Deosebesc vizitatorii între ei și țin sesiunea. Durată: 2 ani. Se pun doar dacă accepți.
  • _fbp — Meta. Leagă vizita de o eventuală reclamă pe care ai văzut-o. Durată: 90 de zile. Se pune doar dacă accepți.

Dacă refuzi, scripturile respective nu se încarcă deloc — nu sunt doar puse pe mut. Poți oricând să ștergi cookie-urile din setările browserului.

Cine mai vede datele

Site-ul încarcă resurse de la câțiva furnizori. Fiecare dintre ei îți vede adresa IP în momentul în care browserul cere fișierul de la el — asta e valabil pentru orice site de pe internet.

  • Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics. Doar cu acordul tău.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel. Doar cu acordul tău.
  • Google Fonts și Cloudflare (cdnjs) — fonturile și biblioteca de animație. Se încarcă mereu, pentru că fără ele pagina nu se randează corect.
  • Intuit Mailchimp — trimiterea newsletterului. Îți primește adresa doar dacă te înscrii tu.
  • Furnizorul de găzduire — stochează site-ul și logurile de server.

Nu vindem date către nimeni și nu le folosim în alt scop decât cele de mai sus.

Transferuri în afara UE

Google și Meta pot procesa date și pe servere din Statele Unite. Transferul se face în baza Cadrului UE–SUA privind confidențialitatea datelor și a clauzelor contractuale standard aprobate de Comisia Europeană. Dacă nu vrei asta, refuză din banner — atunci nu pleacă nimic.

Cât păstrăm datele

  • Statisticile Google Analytics: maximum 14 luni, apoi se șterg automat.
  • Datele Meta Pixel: conform termenelor Meta, în general până la 180 de zile pentru datele de eveniment.
  • Adresa de newsletter: până te dezabonezi.
  • Emailurile trimise nouă: cât e nevoie pentru discuție, apoi maximum 3 ani.

Drepturile tale

Conform GDPR, ai dreptul să ceri: acces la datele tale, corectarea lor, ștergerea lor, restricționarea prelucrării, portarea lor către alt operator, și să te opui prelucrării bazate pe interes legitim. Îți poți retrage oricând consimțământul, fără să afectezi ce s-a întâmplat înainte.

Îți schimbi alegerea

Apasă butonul de mai jos: pagina se reîncarcă cu tot pe „nimic acceptat" și îți apare din nou bannerul, ca la prima vizită.

Modificări

Dacă schimbăm ceva la modul în care folosim datele, actualizăm pagina asta și data de la început. Dacă schimbarea adaugă un scop nou, îți cerem din nou acordul — nu îl presupunem pe cel vechi.

Durușa Summer Hills is a small festival. We do not sell your data, we do not hand it to anyone for money, and we do not build profiles about you beyond what is written here.

Nothing optional starts until you say so. Until you choose, the only things that load are the ones the page cannot render without.

Who collects the data

The data controller is the Organizer of the Durușa Summer Hills festival. For anything concerning your data, write to salutdurusa@gmail.com — we answer within 30 days at the latest, as the law requires.

What we collect and why

  • Traffic statistics (optional, with your consent). Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit, on what kind of device, and which pages they read. We care about the aggregate numbers, not about individuals. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Marketing (optional, with your consent). The Meta Pixel helps us show festival ads to people who would actually enjoy them, and tells us whether an ad led to a ticket click. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Newsletter (only if you fill it in). We take your email address to send you festival announcements. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the message as long as needed to reply and to keep track of the conversation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • Server logs. The server hosting this site automatically records IP addresses and requests, like any web server, for security and debugging. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We neither ask for nor store payment data on this site. Tickets are bought on our partners' platforms, under their own policies.

Cookies and local storage

  • dsh-consent — browser local storage, set by us. It remembers what you picked in the cookie banner so we do not ask again on every page. It stays until you clear your browsing data. Without it we cannot honour your choice, so it is not optional.
  • _ga and _ga_3QJW03TSYG — Google Analytics. They tell visitors apart and keep the session. Lifetime: 2 years. Set only if you accept.
  • _fbp — Meta. Links your visit to an ad you may have seen. Lifetime: 90 days. Set only if you accept.

If you decline, those scripts are not loaded at all — they are not merely muted. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

Who else sees the data

The site loads resources from a few providers. Each of them sees your IP address the moment your browser requests a file from it — that is true of any site on the internet.

  • Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics. Only with your consent.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel. Only with your consent.
  • Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs) — the fonts and the animation library. Always loaded, because the page does not render properly without them.
  • Intuit Mailchimp — newsletter delivery. It only receives your address if you sign up.
  • Our hosting provider — stores the site and the server logs.

We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not use it for anything other than the purposes above.

Transfers outside the EU

Google and Meta may process data on servers in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you would rather they did not, decline in the banner — then nothing leaves.

How long we keep it

  • Google Analytics statistics: 14 months maximum, then deleted automatically.
  • Meta Pixel data: per Meta's own retention terms, generally up to 180 days for event data.
  • Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
  • Emails you send us: as long as the conversation needs, then 3 years maximum.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for: access to your data, correction of it, erasure of it, restriction of processing, portability to another controller, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what happened before.

Changing your choice
